It all reads very familiarly, including the cantankerous starting.

I suspect that the motor will have had close on £1,500 of parts go into it and then you have this man's labour on top of that.
OK! It's no a standard Duke single, but from reading the article it continues in the spirit of one, by being light weight and nimble handling, with a grunty wee motor that 'barks' a bit.

Mine is still sitting on the bench waiting to go into the frame and I don't know if the leg will take swinging the 87mm, 10:1 piston over?

I just have to have patience and hope the surgery has worked.
