Aye Steve,

Just returned from a 120 mile canter through the Highlands on the Mono, with Kat on the Bros. Autumnul, would be the polite term, parky is another. "Leg lag" or thermals required from now on.
And , "Yes!" nearly taken out by a 'Power Ranger' overtaking around the outside on a lefthand bend, with me already indicating that I was going to make an overtaking move on three touring cyclists, after the corner!

Thankfully, I checked my mirror and shoulder. Said 'PR' then performed a crossed up stoppy, when he realised that he couldn't pass the cyclists!

Managed to get the back end down and then swerve past the cyclists on the wrong side of the road.

Three very nervous cyclists!

I then followed round a long downhill off camber righthand sweeper, only to see 'PR's' rear let go on a dip in the road and then grip again, before disappearing from view. Maybe good racetrack ability, but sh!te road manners!

Off now to adjust the knicker elastic and give it a lube. K2 goes well and have over 1,500Km added to the clock.

Will send an image via email that will make you creak a bit.

As for the thread, I suspect that in 4x4 SUV conditions (SUV? Does it = Stupid, Unobservant, Vandal?) where the LandRover models not already broken down,

and blocked the road ahead, trying to "ford" water more than axle deep could result in some interesting short circuits!

I understand from several recovery vehicle friends that if a Tesla stops, then you have to drag the vehicle onto the pick-up as only the Tesla dealer has the ability to unlock the transmission/wheels!

So, you might need a new set of tyres as well.

Toodle pip, Bill
Good health, Bill
