Morning Michael,

Lot of work/dosh in that one and as a daily used machine it'll keep the cobwebs away!  ;D

Paint job similar to the old Ducati stripe theme of the eighties.  ;)

Snowing again here, off to the workshop.

What you got going on in there then - apart from a decent heater?

Aye mthee,

Morini K2 carbs, Morini 125 ignition, a Duke 350 basket case, SRX 600 top end + maintanence of others!

Firewood to fuel the Carron stove, with coal dust for added Umph!  ;)  It didn't get above 0 degrees C outside today, with a stiff 15mph wind from the NNW, gusting 25mph in the sleet showers.

Plenty to keep me busy.  ;D

Regards, Bill

Sounds idyllic! If I ordered a wood burner for the garage, the next delivery would be divorce papers on the grounds of estrangement!
I loved the previous house, which came with a shed with electric. Since the missus hates the smell of curry, I used to cook on a 2 ring hob on the workbench.
She's relented now, more's the pity!
I also like the idea of an attached double garage with the central heating extended into it and the connecting door to the kitchen bricked up  ;D

Aye mthee,

OH!  :(

Fortunately, Kat went with me to collect the stove from a croft 75 miles away in the back of the car. It had been installed but never lit in the 'snooker room'/old byre next to the croft house that was converted for that purpose!

We often have our grub out in the workshop, in preference to the house and barbies are regular in the less inclement weather. Keeps the midges/mosquitos away!

As for the curry. At least twice a week and everything from fish, various meats to veggie. Also have one of the best Indian resteraunts/take-aways in Central Scotland 2 miles away in the village. Regulars from Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow, 120 mile round trip.

Double garage, with central heating would be nice, but my home built wooden structure, with insulated roof is just fine. I am very fortunate.

Keep taking the curry, good for digestion and overall health! Variety is the spice of life.

Regards, Bill

Well when the house I’m so busy building at the moment Matt (and Bill of course😉) you’re both welcome to come and visit anytime, the kettle is always on as will the central heating in the double garage and attached workshop 😉👍

I knew you were building it the right way around - a workshop with an attached house. 8)
