Happy Return!

I'm very happy to report that 6 weeks after my prostate surgery, I was today able to go out on my first run!

Both myself and the Jawa were in fine fettle, even though I limited the run to 3/4 of an hour. It was great to be back. Now all I need is a nice Indian Summer.  ;D

That's fabulous Pete. Take it easy and don't overdo it and savour every moment as I'm sure you will.

I was rather hoping for 4 weeks (I'm 9 days in right now) . Am I kidding myself?  😢

Probably not Andy. It was the 5 inch scar in my stomach that held me back!
