Special! Going into orbit?
« on: April 23, 2007, 09:45:23 PM »
With the recent influx of SR500 owners and some Norton stalwarts in the offing, I thought this might generate some interest and gnashing of teeth in angst.

Ebay: 200101871947

I apologise if this causes restless nights or confrontations with any domestic partners (Eh?), should know by now!

Shame,

I thought I might have provoked a comment from our member of the 'run and bump' Norton fraternity in exile!

Hope you and the machinery are mending, to once more enter the fray Andy.

All the best, Bill

can't see the point of a cafe racer with quite a low powered engine.

i prefered the 1340cc modern harley engine in a norton chassis on e-bay a few weeks ago. not only does it shake like a norton, it'll even breakdown like a norton...

This is a bit rich from the guy that dubbed a Laverda twin motorcycling perfection as I recall?

Ok then...

I quite like it actually!!

At a fecking scientific conference in france.  Nice weather, pretty young (female) scientists, and a Norton T-shirt to spark some converrsation with (mostly amaerican) big scientist types.  Would rather be in my garage to be honest!!

Am healing ok, but taking longer than expected.  Bike *should* be ready for snett the weekend after next, but no time to test.  Think its straight.  Wont be doing any running for a while, let alone bumping!

Slipped out of boring spiel to piggyback a wireless connection :)

Best get back, cheers for now
