Ariel Red Hunter 350
« on: January 23, 2019, 12:00:54 AM »
Spotted this lovely mid 30s Ariel Red Hunter 350 at a local show recently. Apparently the bike was only discovered last year. Would be good to make it road worthy with replacement tyres, exhausts etc and try to preserve much of the patina. The high level pipes look great IMHO.

Regards

Tony

I've always liked Ariel singles Tony, and that's a lovely example just waiting to be woken up again. I'd do an oily rag job too...

Didn't get a chance to speak to the owner Matt so don't know if it's a runner. It was also on display at a different show at the start of the month so doing the rounds at the moment. If it appears on any of the VMCC runs later in the year I try and get a few shots of it

Thanks, Tony. I'm still hankering after that W650, but am happy to place the Red Hunter in the queue!
