Recommended Supplier for C&S set?? (MuZ)
« on: April 18, 2007, 07:33:39 PM »
Hi all, I reckon I've done for the chain and sprockets on my Mastiff (again!). Anyone got any recommendations for places to buy the replacements?
Cheers,
Smudge :)

Aye Smudge,

How about your friend at BSA-Regal?

Cheers, Bill

Possibly Bill, possibly... but I'm a Jock living with a lass born in Yorkshire, I have standards to maintain ;)
Just thought I'd sound out any alternatives.

There is a guy in Germany that does made to order ali ones but I don't know what they cost. I suppose it is down to the usual suspects. Is the Mastiff a continuous chain like the Skorpion?

Yup the Mastiff uses a soft link. tbh on a bike like this I prefer a soft link to a split one, it is particularly hard on chains ;)
Having had a good look around I've ended up ordering an oem set from BSA-Regal, pricewise they are pretty much the same as aftermarket and I know their delivery is good.
Thanks for the input everyone :)
