I wish I could extend the list of names who "shouldn't have"  :P  Actually, I think Manxie might be on there with his Harley? Nothing more exciting than a new to you bike - I'm grinning for you! Was it always going to be the XSR, or were there others in consideration?

Well I test rode the MT-07 and loved it but wasn't keen on the front end, then I saw the XSR....
They are both a dream to ride. I don't think you can appreciate a well mannered and good handling bike till you ride one. I'm well chuffed with it. Plus Mr Yamaha was good enough to donate £750 worth of goodies to tart it up. 😀

I thought your Harley was an impromptu buy based on price, manxie? Have you been out on her much?

You do realise that due to overinflated prices of OEM equipment you don't get a lot for (someone else's) money🙄

Not been out much yet but plan on using it as much as possible. I was actually looking for a Harley, placed a "wanted" ad and this was far the best of all I was offered. However, it wasn't cheap, far from it, but with 660 original miles, I had to own it. This is my fourth Harley over the years.

Sorry, manxie, my mistake. I knew there was something remarkable about your Harley for which reason you purchased and forgot is was that mileage, not price. Glad to hear you're chuffed.  ;D

That's a proper long, "Christmas come early" list of goodies!  :P Will the bike come with that lot on?
