Yes - been there, done that, got the T-shirt as they say - some mornings it feels like the arthritis is starting to kick in as well though!! I seem to remember "clashing" with Jethro at Llanfairfechan a few years back!

My disclaimer, is thankfully I do not suffer this problem at present, but this appears to be a place from where the t-shirts can be purchased.

Also, ther is a t-shirt offered on Amazon, but the design/artwork is chronic when compared with the image I have posted.
