That's uncanny Steve - I was going to post exactly the same link to Evolution Motorcycles! Great minds etc........

It would certainly turn heads if parked up - I like it.

And just to add to the uncannyness, ( no such word), Rossco was discussing the same bike with me only an hour ago at an autojumble  :-\

Was F B Modial not originally Italian?...I remember the name though it looks like it has been bought up by one of the Chinese companies.

Recently seen a couple of nice little 125cc(?) thumpettes  locally that actually look really nicely made can't remember the make  W& something ?.......Still like the AJS Cadwell though.

The engine looks quite similar to the ones used in the Derbi range a few years back. Quite high tech for a 125. Or possibly from the MZ RT125. Derbi made a good looking mini-adventure style bike called a Terra

Yes, an original Mondial is a very pretty bike, works of art, but as you say, the name`s been bought up just like the AJS, SWM, etc.

Finish and detailing look very good. Probably a huge silencer hiding in that belly pan, but a neat way of hiding it. Seems it still is an Italian bike and not a Chinese bike with a bought in name :- http://newatlas.com/fb-mondial-125-250-hipster/45652/
