Hmmm....having now had a look at the actual T's I think I'm going to retract my opinion on the colour. Gotta say I really like the black one with the piston design logo on the front. I'd defo be ordering one of them up.

Great work folks. I can definitely do something with all this info, so leave it with me. Unfortuneatly the green/white/orange colour combo doesn't work for us NI fellas, nor does red/white/blue, for that matter  :-\
But I will definitely do something around our piston logo, and SSBB. It won't be a rally special, but a general TC T-shirt. So, I will get one done if possible, post it on here, and then take orders. Beanies and stickers, won't be a problem   ;)
I also am liking the phrase, "single cylinder riders club", as that says it all simply.

All good stuff Tim, and my I say on behalf of us all, thanks for sorting this out.

Whatever design you go for, I'll be wanting shirt, hat sticker and anything else.

Just a point of thought and in recognition of all the hard work done by said person, but has anyone asked GC (Onepot) for his thoughts on all of this.....after all if it wasn't for him there just wouldn't be a Thumperclub right now.....

Here, here...yes well done that man for sorting it all out. Although I did quite fancy the idea of the red, white n blue colour scheme Tim  ;) ;)
Yes I also hear what Ian is saying but I'm sure Graham wouldn't mind so long as it promotes the TC??
Looking forward to putting my order in when they're ready
Cheers. Michael

Nothing wrong with red, white and green though, especially if you can morf the red into a dragon. ;)

:D I've got it down to a choice of three colours, charcoal, stone blue, or prairie dust with the graphics/words in red  ;)

Hey Tim, just wondering if there are any thoughts of TC key rings, leathery type? Cheers, Steve.

Will look into it. We had bright orange luminous plastic ones, for one of the Dent rally's, and I managed to snap mine in two the other day  :-\

Hi Thumper fan (old and new)
What a trip down memory lane this post has been. In my heyday, along with Graham, I was responsible for producing a number of Thumper Club promotional items. I remember hand screen printing the first batch of black t-shirts with the roundel piston logo in my kitchen; what a mess but adding plenty of opaque white poster paint seemed to make the print long lived. I wonder if there are any of those still in existence as mine went into the rag box long ago? I also remember spending a good few hours lazer cutting the orange TC key rings that Timbo mentions but sadly I don't have one anymore. Again I wonder how many of those have survived the intervening ten years or so?

I've attached a couple of pictures of TC stuff I still have with me here in Qatar. The first is a prototype 'suck, squeeze, bang, blow' mug I was hoping to produce myself (working in an Art & Design Dept had its uses) but never got further than a half dozen. Mine, which might be the only one in existence now, has been through the dish washer weekly for the past ten years and is starting to show serious signs of wear. The second picture shows the range of other merchandise we produced. The patch and enameled piston badge were designed by Graham's wife Sue; the enameled badge being a 'best seller' that required a second run.

If there are any new promotional items I would certainly be interested in getting hold of some; especially a couple of t-shirts to show my continued support.

Yours, mostly in spirit, these days
Boyd

PS if the images don't copy I'll think of another way to post them
