25th Dutch MonoConnection Rally 4-6 september 2015

From the 4th of September until the 6th of September it will be the 25th time that The Monoconnection organizes its yearly international meeting.

Every year we have the privilege of welcoming many enthusiastic riders  who share their one cylinder passion.

For three days long Ossenzijl, situated in the beautiful scenic area "de Weerribben", will be the Walhalla for the roaring one cylinder street machines. A Ride-out, good Food and Drinks, nice people and beautiful Campsite

I really enjoyed this rally when I went over a few years ago with Boyd. The campsite is brilliant and there's a hall on site for entertainment and drinking.

Haven't booked anything myself yet, but if you want to meet up somewhere along the way and travel together?

Anyone else thinking of travelling up from Ireland or UK?

I intend to go. I usually go Harwich to the Hook but will compare prices with Hull Rotterdam before making my mind up which to use.

Hi Rene / Dave,
Just been looking at feries; it seems Harwich to the Hook is about £100 cheaper than Hull/ Rotterdam so it's Harwich for me.  Aiming for going 3/9/15 returning 6/9/15 [overnight in both directions]. Rene if you are coming from Ireland; I am near Birmingham and have a spare bed if you wish to break your journey.
I hope it is not really the final one as I won't have an excuse to go to Nederlands in future.

I'm going to have to dip out of this as I have a non paying customer, road tax on the van to get and the bikes to mInsure. Bummer.
