Pleased to see the wee red fella on the left again.  :)

Nine years, since this! Images attached!  :o

Piccies no prob, just a bit of a phaf!

Glad you have returned to modern 'basics', well, nearly. It's what your right legs for!  ;)

Good health, Bill

ABS... hated it on the DL and how's that supposed to work on a bike that's [supposed to be] built for crossing deserts/moorland/broken ground??

M4

Exactly.....suppose to avoid the pot holes......Broken Ground...My Bottom !  ;-) ;-)

Jethro

Ha ha.that's what I missed. The p1ss taking. 😊 I didn't say I ride over those kind of roads... But the bike was made to. To be honest  I'd prefer a bit of off road to the M4,  especially when you're running a bike in. Scary! 😲

Gracia Pat,

Been back a few times since, especially for work. Last time came down from Durness to Altanaharra, with a DB9 in Gulf racing colours, looked lovely and the sound when 'on' the throttle very melodic, but at 20mph down the single track road with grass up the middle and a few cattle grids to remove the front skirt in the gloaming on a cool autumn night, maybe not the best set of wheels. It's not mine and I was being lead car to highlight all the bumps and holes.  ???

Hope the marathon aches and pains are now soothed, a single malt libation may be? ;)

Good health, Bill

Aye Jethro,

You could try a 'Naked Rambler' impersonation in the fast lane and a "BIG WAVE"  ;D

Well, maybe not!  :-\

But the blue light entourage following, might just manage to be enough distract him. I put it all down to the marathon training.  ;)

May I ask if you still wrestle crimped bottle tops?  ;)

Good health and may the 'Dark Island' be with you.

My regards, Bill

Ah, that was you then... Didn't recognise you looking cheerful.  ;)

Bill's quite right, I tend to 'zone out' on the M4, I shall make an effort to spot you in future. (note to self... look out for grumpy looking, bearded gentleman with rotund belly, smelling of fisherman's friends and shouting abuse at me)   ;D
