The W650 always struck me as a Bonneville with the advantage of a kick start and disadvantage of a dealer network that'd never heard of it. Why would you dress one up as a Triumph?

Its prettier than a Bonneville.

It has a pretty good lineage as a twin from Kawasaki who produced their own version of the A65 once upon a time.

To be fair, you can look quite fetching in certain light. In particular when you are wearing your  green one piece under wear and flat cap.
