That is a Cozy by the look of it. The Americans have tried nailing them into Enfields and Vespas. The results seem mixed but problems usually seem to stem from Indian Quality controls.

Personally I think I'd rather buy a Velorex second hand than risk Indian production techniques sold via New Zealand.

Saw something very similar at Dave Angel's F2 Motorcycles a few years back. Nice little sidecar in the 'Steib' style and looked quite well made...not too much room for the 'fuller figured' chap though.
