It's a bit cosmetically challenged, but if it's mechanically sound at that sort of price it could be a good buy. Remember to check if the back brake drum has gone oval ( pulseing through the pedal) as this is an MOT failure and good rear wheels are hard to find - you can't fix it by skimming the drum as it's usually caused by corrosion between the alloy wheel hub and the steel drum liner which causes the liner to distort. The liner is often too thin to skim out the distortion.
