There is no way that is big enough to act as any kind of practical voltage regulator for a vehicle. To be able to regulate it would also have to dissipate a fair bit of power which would melt that thing, also a regulator can only reduce the voltage not increase it so how can that improve anything?
On a modern vehicle the ECU compensates for variations in battery voltage so a regulator isn't going to improve anything anyway.

MMMmmmmmm.....Interesting !

Seems like more Bollocks to me !
If thats the case put a higher output alternator and/or bigger battery on the vehicle.
