Yeah, it is a bit naughty I suppose....but they are just so bl00dy gorgeous I can forgive them.  I'd much rather see them use the name on an homage, built in the style and spirit of the original than slapped on the tank of some plastic coated 4 cylinder fly by wire road rocket just there to sell more bikes.

As someone who doesn't "get" the whole looks of a bike thing I was thinking the same. They do look fun though. Maybe the tank just came with the name on it, although I doubt it.

I don't think they bought the name and intellectual properties of the brand Velocette as it was made with BSA equiped by SR engines a few years ago.
