Hello All,

Well, that seems to to gone well, when's the next one?

Ron.

I could arrange a nice venue near Llandeilo for a get together if it's not too soon on the weekend of the 21-23 Sept plus days before or after if required for ride outs seeing as the Irish boys feel hard done by by not crossing the sea.

If there is a bit of interest I'll try to arrange something because me and a couple of mates will be there regardless.

Will have to consult my social dairy, it can be a curse sometimes being so popular.

Hello there in the rain,

at last we getting home - after Hartmut had has his rain depression and he had left us allone in Ireland on the sunday - Bettina and me traveled down Ireland on the westcoast.

@Steve D. - thanks for the information with the nice campsides, the one at the beach club was very good!

But after so much unf....believable rain in Ireland we decided to go one day earlier back to Wales. We`d travel arround in the breacon and beacon national park - the weather was even better but not without rain - and found a toll bridge with a nice little campside near Hay on Wye - it is called the toll bridge on Whittney on Wye - perhaps a Place for a next coming TC Rally?

After all and 4500 Km we`re at home and we want to thank all of you for the nice weekend! Here in Germany it`s raining  too but between the showers there is sun....

Matthias and Bettina

We got back in NL Sunday evening with 28 degrees temperature. Bloody hot, I can say.

After the Irish Rally we rode to the Giant Causeway and from thereon along the west coast to the south of Ireland. We saw dolphins jumping in the sea in front of our tent and did the Ring of Kerry. Returned to Wales and saw Mark and Ifor again. One night in Kent with beautiful weather and then the ferry Dover-Dunkirque.

We wish to thank the Irish crew for a beautiful event. Very well taken care off. Especially the goodies and the turf fire (we call it turf, but I think you call it peat) in the shed, of which I unfortunately didn´t make a picture.

Thanks again for everything! Ireland is great, both country and people, but it should have a roof.  ;D Remarkingly this doesn´t show on any pictures I have made.

Made numerous pics. Just two right now. Best T-shirt and most interesting (how the hell did it get there) bike on the rally.

OK, and one of us at the Ring of Kerry.  :D

Hi Matthias, it would make a change as we have already been to 'The Holly Bush' and 'Baskerville Hall' (both near Hay on Wye) a few times in recent years.

Great photo's. Glad of the rain on the Saturday run, it helped keep the dust down.

Ron, I wouldn't of believed there was a shortage of water in Ireland until I read this in the Dublin Gazette.

'Due to a water shortage in Ireland, Dublin swimming baths have announced they are closing lanes 7 and 8'
