The game is on...

Just two days until MotoGP kicks off again. It's looking like being a superb season and I will be glued to my telly most of Sunday.

Reminds me of the time my cat got glued to the microwave, when I phoned the vet he thought I was a mate taking the piss until he heard the cat in the background.

That has to be one of the most bizzare answers I've ever read to a forum post. Well done Sir! (raises glass)  ;D

I'll go with Lorenzo, although it will be close fought. I hate to admit this (because I think Lorenzo is an arse) but he is beautiful to watch in the saddle, he's got that Bob McIntyre and Geoff Duke thing of looking superb on a bike on most occasions. He's a crap swimmer though

Simoncelli and Spies will be fast this year and may well cause a few upsets.

Pederosa will fall off (a lot) and Rossi will pull off at least one incredible victory (at which point Italy will descend into cheerful drunken chaos).

Nicky Haydon may well have benefited from the close proximity of God (No.46) and he should manage a few podiums. He was looking pretty impressive on the Ducati towards the end of last year.

It was a bit of a parade at some points, eh?  With occaisional smatterings of "near-piss-myself-with-excitement" passes.

All in pretty good!   :)  Should be an interesting year!

Boy Crutchlow's kick at another rider was the passing moment of the race, imho. He didn't exactly look intimidated by being in MotoGP did he?  :D

And I could watch Simoncelli using his shoulder as a passing aid all day long  ;)

Man of the race has to be Stoner (although it pains me to say it).

Whinger of the race (now that Stoner has vacated the position) was Pedrosa*

Aggressive newcomer with big boots was Crutchlow

Best hair was (and always will be) Simonccelli

* I pity poor Pedrosa, he saw himself as Honda's No1 and blue-eyed boy. All of a sudden he's very much second best to a vastly better paid Australian.

good racing, moto 2 was better (go brad!) cant wait for the honda to start going wrong for the australian muppet so he can start crying about it again. The problem with stoner is that he cannot develop a bike, all he really did with the duke was say give me more power. Cant take nothing away from his riding ability though, was a bit of an exhibition, and yes i know thats a broad sweeping comment but i dont like him so there :). Can't wait for rossi to be fit and on a bike that works and looking forward to seeing pedrosa vs lorenzo in spain. always a good battle. Spies impressed,as did Cal. He's going to be one to watch when he's up to fitness.
