All I need is an invite and money then fit the 600 motor. ;D

Mark
You need no invite Mark, you wanna come ,you come!,
what you will need though is some money and an outfit that will cruise/wont struggle at 70mph
for a couple of hours at a time, also a smallish tent, very warm clothing and a constant sense of humour
of which i know you are not short of :D

Unless Mark is talking about the Tauerntreffen in Austria which is invite-only (and a bloody good rally).

Got to ride across to the Fens tonight as well.

No snow here near Nottingham, bone dry and cold if you are heading this way.

Cheers, ended up spending the night in Chippenham after almost being wiped out by a car spinning into the central reservation in front of me on the M4 yesterday afternoon. When I say in front of me, I mean I have no idea how I avoided it whilst braking as it blocked both outside lanes. After sorting the lass out with the ambulance and police I cracked on then realised I was shook up good. Dropped into my Mums for a cuppa and cake and ended up staying.
Which meant this morning I was greeted with 6+ inches of snow that had fallen there over night. Made for an interesting ride back home, though the M4 wasn't so bad from Bath on.

well my carb icing problem wasn't that afterall. Decided to prod around the ignition system while the bike was in the shed and found severely corroded terminals at the main fuse. Trying to unplug things lead to complete failure and a useless bike. Heyho. Lets see how long a parts delivery takes.

Twist the wires together until you can find the solder. Get out there in the snow. :)

The Mitas tyres are in their element at the moment ;)
Rob.

Anyone used these on a solo as a regular thing? Grip, wear, usual feedback? H03 from memory, am I right Rob?

I had Mitas E07s on the Ten, and they were without a doubt the absolute worst tyre I've ever had. No predictability in the wet, and no real dry grip.
My friend has E09 Dakars on his Ten and loves them.

Gone past the point sadly. The terminals in the solenoid corroded off completely, nothing left but a green stain :'(

in that case, a 12v solenoid is a 12v solenoid (up to a point).
Nick one from the shed/car and bodge... ;-)
