Weekend of fun and woes
« on: August 29, 2010, 07:29:06 PM »
Had a good weekend at the Ogri Rally at RAF Kemble, but broke the big end of the Enfield on the way home, must be my first recovery in 20 years.

Will now be wanting a crank or bottom end or engine or bike or whatever.  :(

Good to see you and have a quick chat at said Rally.

But sorry to hear about the bike lunching itself.

Did you have Steffs hoard of spares ?
Might be a 500 crank in there that might be worth a look.
And possibly a 350 Bottom end.

Saturday nice lie in then good turns for swmbo's Guides followedf by a pub lunch and a few drams before an early night  ;D
Today a run up to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary to visit a friend from Oz who was taken ill at Scapa (non diving but serious  :( ) Not fun. Back home for a quiet dram then bed and count my blessings.

Stay safe and healthy all  :-\
