Tuesday Rideout
« on: July 27, 2010, 08:48:40 PM »
Hi all, I decided at about 7pm tonight to go for a short run on the SRX. As it was getting a bit late I thought I had better keep local...I ended up doing over 35 miles. As I only had my mobile phone with me I thought I may as well take a few pics along the way. Enclosed are a few of them. (If anyone is interested I will send the locations).

Ian .

PS I have now covered over 2000 miles on the SRX since finishing it and putting it on the road at the beginning of May.

I so badly want another SRX.
No other bike compares in my mind.

looks like you had perfect conditions for a countryside blast.

It doesn't look like voting's open yet - let us know when it is, Ian.

It looks good enough to attract the attention of the press.  It's on page 15 of this week's MCN.

Nice one, Ian.  Pity they spelled your name wrong!

It doesn't look like there's any public voting - it's down to the judges only.

Hi Trevor
Thanks for letting me know about MCN..I may get one this week!!
Im enclosing a cutting off the Carole Nash BGBT site. I think the wording is very unclear but it does seem as tho the public can vote. Forgive me if I have read it wrong

Ian :)

"The closing date for entry is the 18th August 2010. Surprise celebrity judge’s will then pick their top 60 and these will be displayed from the 25th August 2010. You will then have six votes, one in each category to vote for your favourite and of course, if your bike is one of the top 60 don’t forget to get all your mates to vote for you!"
