i went to look at a couple of xt550's the other day, they were cheap enough(800 quid for 2 both runners) but i decided to give them a miss, anyhow as we were leaving the guy was chatting about his other bikes. we were led into a shed where he had, 9, yes thats nine!!! xt500 twin shockers, a dbd32 350 goldstar, a dt400 yam, and about20 0r 30 other assorted bikes including a couple of beemers a few brits, that he couldnt remember the names of(they were right at the back!) and a few xt350s and xt600s, i couldnt believe what i was seeing. never ever have i seen so many xt's, he said that he had been buying them for ages and had forgotten how many he had, there may well have been others in an even bigger shed at the end of the garden!!!!!

Sounds like a friend of mine! ::) Not only is the shed full, so is the garage and the cellar and there are many 'farmed out' to other enthusiasts for 'safe keeping'!
"And there's more!" in the inimitable style of Frank Carson. ;)
