Amongst all of the info on that bloke is the slightly alarming fact that in all his years of travelling he hasn't returned to his home country of Germany. Interesting bloke, great read, thanks for posting.

I was thinking of renewing my love of cycle touring with a trip this year... but I thought I might get a ferry to France for a week... big difference eh?
