Reflective tape suppliers?

Another "best place to buy" question I'm afraid...

I'm after a source of scotchlite type reflective tape/stickers.
It's to put on my panniers to cover the scratches and to make the bike a bit more visible on these filthy winter nights/mornings. So some silver for the side, and some red/yellow chevrons for the back (very eyecatching to cagers for some reason... ;) )

I've used SP services before and the tape is good... but not the cheapest(!)
Found this on eblag:  -->> Click Here <<-- but it says it's for "smooth surfaces" and my panniers are 1. not a flat surface, 2. dimpled abs/plastic type

Obviously applying in the warm and heating with a hairdryer or whatever will help but I doubt it would be enough for the ebay item.

Any suggestions?  :)

ps Steve, the hyperlink doesn't seem to work for me, assuming I'm using it correctly??!

I bought some of this type just to put on my carrier and it is fantastic. There are several types but this with the diamond shape in the pattern is good. I put what I had left on a pole outside my drive and you can pick it up in your lights for 1/4 mile away.

I looked at the chevron sticker and it made me laugh. I've just pulled the aluminium flue box out of the fireplace in my back room and found that large parts of it were constructed using an aluminium truck marker plate with the red and yellow stripes still stuck to it. Nothing better than mixing gas, people and bodged flues eh?

Nice GC! ???

Even better if the arsinates etc in the warmed plastic go the wrong way. that'll have been a CORGI installer then?  ???

I trust you'll now be checking all your flues!

Happy 45 and 2 days.

My regards, Bill.

None left to check, thank goodness. I own a nice Edwardian semi, but it was completely 'renovated' in 1974 so that not a single bit of coving remains, the stair spindles were replaced with wrought iron(!) and all the fireplaces were boarded up and the chimney stack removed.

The only other flue is on the combi and that was replaced last year.

It's a long journey back to being a good looking house, but it's getting there.

I removed the gas fire today so that I can start on refurbishing the little back room that we use as a family/telly room. As with every room I've done so far the ceiling will have to be replaced, walls hacked off and replastered and all wiring renewed. Whilst it is a drag it does mean that we go forward with everything as good as it can be. When I first viewed the house I realised that this would be necessary and I used it as a bargaining tool to get the price down (by a lot). After that initial victory I began to realise that this also meant that I had years of work ahead of me  ::)
