Jethro's chair won't die.
« on: September 26, 2009, 06:39:45 PM »

Last seen for sale as a sad old wreck some years after he sold the complete outfit, club member Jethro's sidecar has resurfaced in the hands of the bloke who also bought my brother's outfit. Small world eh?

The bloke has renovated jethro's old Gemini and it's for sale on Ebay:

I think that needs clarification. Jehtro's outfit was parked alongside a bus stop outside the Elefant rally and a waggish German called it "eine grosse Englischer onmibus" (excuse german spelling). He was, of course, an idiot, most buses are much smaller than that.

Lets not forget the German who saw it at the Dragon(Capel curig) and asked "what time does the bus leave for Bettws",classic German humour :D in a wet and boggy field.

I like the look of that side-cafe...it reminds me of my campervan. Did it have a cooker in it and a fold out bed? Now there is an idea!  :D

Ebay sale finished at £341, but didn't reach the reserve. The bloke told me that he had spent a lot restoring it and didn't want to lose out on it.
