Looks like we're first home...

Huge thanks to all of you who made us feel so welcome this weekend.  It was great to put some faces to names.  What a fine bunch you lot are  ;)

We really enjoyed the weekend - now we're just looking after the sunburn and chilling out.  Trust you all get back home safe.

Hope to see you again soon.

Trev & Sue
PS Can't believe how well the Dainese suit fits.  Glad to take it off your hands, Graham  ;D

Not quite....  ;)
I made it back about ten to five, sunny all the way home  8) (though the cloud cover was chasing me for a chunk of the time!)
Thanks all for another good rally, and nice to meet some new faces as well  :)

About that gold seal suit Graham...... what size is it?  ;)

Edited to add, here we see the chairman living up to his role and offering technical assistance... ;)

Home, bike unloaded, kit stashed away and all fed down the pub ;D. My luck with the weather ran out at Gloucester, but the kit held off the worst of it.

Great rally and nice to see you guys again. We are a great bunch of chaps aren't we. ;D

Cheers to you all

Got back at 7.30. I had an easy drive home, I left at 4.30(ish) after packing down the stand - thanks everyone who helped, especially Boyd and Bruce.

What a great weekend. After an easy set-up on Friday afternnon we retired to our little TC tent village for scoff and beer. Lots of people arrived over the course of a couple of hours. Attendess included:
Smudge
Alan S
Steve D
Trevor and Sue
Bruce
Gareth and Liz
Martyn Peters
The three musketeers from Northern Ireland
Furry John and Molly
Simon Morgan
Boyd
And I'm sure I've missed people out.

This weekend was done with the minimum of organisation and I have to say it was very relaxed. I set out the stand with a selection of photos on the back wall and a table top full of back issues to give away, The free mag thing worked a treat and (as an example) two members of the Vincent OC came back today to chat to us after reading our club mag(s) and promised to send in completed membership apps.

Yesterday, after a hard day of meeting and greeting, we again returned to our tents to eat, drink and watch a cricket match on the adjoining field. We did some spirited mexican waving and clapped in (mostly) the right places and after the match they inivited us over to thier club house. Marvellous stuff.

The show was very busy at times today, but all the TC guys did a superb job keeping our stand ticking over.

I'm bloody knackered now  ::)

Anyway, thanks to everyone who turned up, you made it a great weekend.

Godfreys Gold Top old chap. It's smallish, I'll mail it up to you if you'd like to try it on. It would be great to see it going to someon who is going to get some decent use out of it. You can have it for £50 plus the postage (£8?)
