Bloody hell - looks like it's just come out of an over temperature furnace. Separating the barrel and piston must have been interesting?

Looks like the same problem as todays 'Image of the day' ??? Rod let go, then smeared the piston into the valve gear etc. ???

Will try not to repeat next weekend.
