Yeah my body clock is pretty much screwed

just over ten years ago now I was on a series of 24 on 24 off shifts intermittently, I reckon that started it then there were many many weekends where I finished one job on a Friday grabbed some food then started another where I got no sleep on the Friday night and only maybe grabbed a couple on Saturday before falling unconcious on the Sunday night and getting up for the first job on the Monday

Funnily enough I often find now I'm unable to sleep unless I'm completely knackered (or have had a drink... or both...)

I've tried the "get into a routine" trick but there's only so much lying in the dark staring into space that you can do!
