Andy, well spotted sir.

Even if the aesthetics don't appeal to everyone, it's so beautifully made. The wheels are a work of art. I feel sort of demoralised though when I see workmanship like that, here's me thinking I'm clever because I can build wheels and fiddle with engines  :-[

A few years back when I had a Buell M2 (went like snot, but required constant attention) on the forums there was mention of the aptly named Buell Blast, because that's what every owner of them ended up saying. It was a Sportster engine with the rear pot removed, something like a Comet. Maybe that's where yer man got his inspiration from?

Did n't Dr John do something similar back in the eighties with a 1000 sportster ?I recall a roadtest in classic bike many years ago .Very trad cafe racer styling etc ..

And petrol and you and a pillion.....

Nice workmanship and obviously a lot of skill, but I totally miss the point. It's mechano boys wanting to play with their lathes to make art work isn't it? Sorry if that insults anyone, guess I'm just a rider.

I think it is art and it does work,so you have both form and function ::),the point being its a motorcycle and a thumper to boot ;),OK not a conventional granted and not something that can be used everyday, bit like an ikuzawa(spelling GC).
If it wasn't for "mechano boys" i don't think we would  be riding bikes now,and i think because of bikes like this and the people who make them the motorcycle world is a brighter and more eccentric place to be,
after all Andy where else would you find a drinks cabinet made from a camera box in a freezing Field in February other than on a motorcycle ;D ;D

True. I've never been able to get into Art. Some sort of mental block. So Leonardo painted the cross looking bird in the middle, half a back ground one side and a different one the other and.......... :-\  ??? :P :-[

The cocktail cabinet is no more  :'( The new case just isn't stiff enough for the weight, so it's camera and navigation gear only. The drinks got relegated to a haversack  :( Still, civilised G&T's are still possible  ;D
