Sorry for being a lazy pillock! Had every intension of bringing it back ever night this week but things just always cropped up. Totally my fault so please don't hold it against Andy when he, sorry we, eer I, asks you if we can borrow them again.

You will be glad to know that they did actually get the monster running. Hopefully Andy will be along shortly to do a write-up..........

So what's it sound like then???

BLOODY LOUD!!!!!! But I was sat right behind it (whilst on the rollers) and there was a wall and the garage acting as sounding boards. On its only very short ride (100yds) it still sounded loud but hopefully within the 108dB limit. It seemed to work OK but as it is a very residential area we decided not to annoy the neighbours more than we already have; only some real time on the track will tell!

We still have a few minor issues to sort - rebuild front brake, mount battery, secure fuel tank, tidy wiring - but it should be ready soon. We had thought it possible to get to Oulton but it seems unlikely now.

If it's anywhere near 108 Db, I wouldn't bother going to Oulton (Bemsee tested mine at Snett & only allowed me to race on strict promise to get the noise sorted before the next meet - & that was at 106Db

THE LIMIT IS 105 Db   very strict testing !!!!!!!!
