Baaaaah Rain and more rain

Well I guess we have only ourselves and our Dads to blame (Climate change etc) but what a wonderful 14 days with Mrs Rog and the boys this is, rain rain rain rain

Oh well at least I do not have a bike worth riding

And today I win waiting in for Ikea to deliver some shelving - supposed to be between 8 and 12 Shall we have a sweepstake on what day and what time it turns up

Things could be worse, you could have spent a fortune going somewhere that is supposed to be hot and sunny and got rained on there. However, I don't envy you waiting for Ikea,could be some time,and don't forget to check they haven't bounced whatever you've bought all around the van or lost half the bits.

Ahhh - arrived at 11:45.  Looks like the shelves have been around the van a couple of times, but hard to tell as they are their rough as ummmmm shelves (Gorm) so looked like that in the shop.

Dos that mean I am no longer Gormless?

Yup - not really bothered about the weather, just wonder how it is working for the lil boy's 'summer' hols whan all the books show kids in swim suits on the beach playing sandcastles and we are wrapped up in waterproofs and canoeing down the drive.

A little earlier I saw something in the hall - turned out to be a frog, sop either it is too wet outside for them too - or one of the kittens brought it in - seemed unharmed though.
