In a bid to untangle the mess I got myself into, I have formulated a cunning plan
All 31/12/07 renewals (a large number due to our old membership structure) have been carried forward to the end of April. Before then everyone will receive two newsletters which should bring us up to date(ish).
The membership list is now up to date and I will be sending out membership cards. etc. to all who have renewed.
