Following my prang back in January, I have been using a loan bike - Suzuki Bandit GSF650. Very interesting bike that is nice to ride but needs 'fixing'.
Answers on a post card for this one.
The bandit is 18 months old, makes 77bhp and weighs 201kg. It returns less than 40mpg commuting to London.
The CBR600 I was using before is 18 years old, makes 93bhp and weighed 186kg. It made at least 45mpg commuting to London!
I ride the Bandit more carefully as its not mine, so it just doesn't add up.
Never mind, nearly finished fixing my SRX as I will need to use that now. More details in Projects section.
