Hi Steve,

I'll be going to Boston so may see you there.    Are you bringing #4?

oh bu55er!  what a night....i got as far as sutton bridge.....and it was just getting worse and worse, so 'u' turned...and headed for home, not a fair weather bike by any stretch....but, even with my really good quality sidi waterproofs, i was starting to get wet inside.....3rd wet ride in 3 weeks!!....looks like its going to be like this all 'summer'

It was wet....very VERY wet!!!!  about half the number of bikes that were there last year.  I stopped for an hour or so then went home. ..bike gear is still on the washing line drying!!       Steve L  I could have sworn I saw your SRX there have you sold one of them recently?

Yes indeed, that was John the plumber, bought #3 from me last year, got it half price in return for putting in my central heating!.....went with him to the isle of man this year...it's still going well, he's done a few mods....alloy mudguards, new exhaust system with a cutdown pea shooter 'silencer', and had the best part of a grandsworth of work done on the engine.
Pity about the weather last night, my kit is also still drying out!!!
Hoping for someting better tomorrow, think i might nip down to the Ace caff, then on to Brands to watch a bit of classic racing then back via the tour de france prologue time trial.

everyone have a good weekend!
