Official - it is all GCs fault

No1 sons centre light blew in his bedroom the other day, Jen tried to replace the bulb but could not get it in, I had a look and declared the pendent buggered and in need of replacement.  Thought no more.

Passing No1s bedroom this morning to hear him sobbing away.  Stopped to ask what was up and he burst in to floods of tears.  He needs his light to read and play by when it is dark outside as his bedtime lamps are not bright enough, but we need Graham to come and mend his light for him, and he has not been back to finish the loo, so he may never come back and he (No1) will never be able to play in his room when it is dark again.  More floods of tears etc.  Tried to tell him it was OK as I could do it - just needed a new fitting - but no it was surely a job only Graham could do.

So that is it - No1 sons world has ground to a halt and it is all GCs fault.

Ahh much to No1s surprise I put a new fitting on the wire tonight and it works fine.  He is not convinced that we do not need Graham to check it mind.

Ahh - we were also in The Netherlands last week (did anyone record the TT for me?) and we spotted what shopping trollies are called, knowing GCs sense of humour No1 insisted that I tell you all.  In the Netherlands - well where we were anyway - shopping trollies are:.......

Winklewaggons...

There you go not only are the Dutch the tallest people in Europe they need winklewaggons too....

Wonder why Jen wants to move there?

I was hoping it was called a 'Karrick' as his outfit is usually full of cr*p, and when I tried to ride it in a pub car park it handled like a shopping trolley.

Do I win a prize?
