Our sympathies to Jethro Keenan
« on: May 29, 2007, 08:43:28 PM »
Last Friday evening a very good friend of Jethro's was killed in an accident north of Merthyr on the A470.

Helen had been a close friend of his for many years and, amongst many adventures, they had toured Norway together on their motorbikes.

Details are sketchy at the moment, but another rider was kllled in the same incident and it is under investigation.

To make things worse, Jethro was riding along the same road that evening and was caught in the stopped traffic. He turned around and found another route, unaware that Helen was involved.

Let me be the first to pass on my deepest sympathies. Jethro, Sue and I are thinking of you.

Jethro,

We haven't met yet, but may I extend my empathy? I've lost two good mates, one to a myopic taxi driver and one to dry stone wall and it sucks - my sympathies to Helen's family and friends also.

Saw it on the news and hoped it was not anyone I 'knew'.

Take my best wishes and empathy to her loved ones and family

We are very sorry to read this thread and extend our sincere sympathies, to all who have lost Helen. Kat and I are both thinking of you and send a very big hug.

No words I can say has not been said.
I will say a prayer for her and her family.

Abide with me,
fast falls the evening tide.
the darkness deepens,
lord with me abide,
when other helpers fail and comforts flee,
help of the helpless,
O abide with me

Its not much but it is all I can say.
God rest her soul.
