Annual Rally
« on: May 29, 2007, 07:37:21 PM »
I've been away for a while now and wonder how the bookings for the annual are coming along. Are you guys out there booking with the system?
Everything is in place now and it will be good to know that we will have a good turnout.

Hi Steve , I've just paid my money. Ticket no. 100 so I guess a pretty good turnout is to be expected. Mart

Liar liar pants on fire :-)

Guys, guys, guys please don't leave it too late to buy your tickets. We need to know numbers well in advance if we are to make sure we have enough grub to go round, plus leave it too late and tickets could get lost in the post!!!

Book early chaps, help us give you a great annual rally.

Pat, I did not lie deliberately. On checking my paypal receipt I see it says item no. 100 not ticket no. Hope I didn't raise your expectations too much. Mart

What about folk that don't plan or can't plan or come last minute as guests? Can one pay on the day as it were?

Mav, thanks for the offer but I expect that all will be well by the time that you get there, I'll have the beer cooling!

Bruce, I expect we will have a few attendees coming off the cuff and this will not be a problem. The reason th get tickets going is that we can get a good idea of numbers for tha catering and I can also make sure that we get the flattest part of the campsite.
Cheers Steved

I'm *hoping* to be there... but it's the weekend at the start of three weeks looking after 40,000 odd screaming Scouts and Guides so I can't be certain :( Fingers crossed though!
