Is this picture after the first or second crash?

Wonder if the little 'shrine' we built from all the broken bits is still there?

Brill  :-) I loved the 'ordinary man' style and the assessment of every country by how smart the women are.

Half way through 'One man caravan' at the mo and loving that too. Cheers buddy

PS sorry it's taking me so long to read them, but I had to finish the book I was on when yours arrived plus I'm putting in some serious shed time :-)

No Rush, no worries!
I find it fascinating to compare the matter of fact approach of some old guy and his post stroke. diabetic octogenarian buddy on ancient iron when compared to a similar route covered by a pair of movieland lovies and multiple support vehicles, translators, fixers, doctor etc and a 6 million budget. Chalk and cheese.

Of course Mr Fulton is the man!!

I think the best part of 'The last Harrah' is its gift of making such things possible. Leave it to the lurvies and none of us would travel past Bristol, but read the old duffers account and I'm ready to chuck the tent on Dolly and make for Mongolia :-)

Same for Mr Fulton, just goes to show - He who dares wins :-)
