feckin hell thats terrible service buying a new bike should be a great experience,i would drive up to the factory and not leave till i got some results and if they want to call the police on  you ,let them go ahead i,m sure the bad publicity would not be what any company would want  i hope you get your bike asap michael ,,tommy

Michael-if you can't sort it tomorrow I suggest you give them a deadline to deliver up the bike and make "time of the essence" in legal terms.Check with CAB consumer helpline but I think they will then be in breach of contract and you can demand return of your money as there has been "a total failure of consideration".Hopefully you won't need to do this but the threat might help. Have you paid them anything by credit card? If so you get  extra legal protection via the creditor. Another thing you can check-if you have contents insurance for your home : check whether you have legal expenses insurance. If so you may be eligible for free legal advice and maybe a solicitors letter can be sent?

Many thanks to you all for the “sound, calming “ advice. It’s all to easy to let ones judgement become clouded by frustration and anger. I’m calling them tomorrow to hopefully get this sorted once and for all, I’ve hung back so far as I had become so angry that I knew the call wouldn’t end well, then they’d totally be in the driving seat. I’ll keep you posted on any developments and fingers crossed this time next week it’ll be parked in my garage 🤞

Well chaps, it would appear that things are going in the right direction again. CCM finally made contact with me this morning.(a first since I ordered the bike back in September) Anyway they have said they understand my frustration and are going to get the bike over to me this week at some point. As I’ve mentioned before I won’t be able to ride it for another week or so until it’s legally registered but hey, I don’t mind that just so long as I can actually see what it is I’ve paid for. So fingers crossed in a few days I’ll hopefully be a happy man again... cheers, Michael
