Too right it is Pete! Being pissed off and going for a ride is just normal, that's why we do it surely? Having a mental health problem is throwing your new boots in a bin because they told you they didn't like you. Yes I did that. 10 years psychiatry to fix that, not a quick ride.

Sorry guys just pushed my buttons there.

I just love riding bikes, that's all.
