If you like that kind of thing then you should have a look at the original ghost rider video. It’s the one where he’s riding around the ring road of Paris (forget its name at the moment).... absolute lunatic stuff, but when you watch the bloke doing 200mph wheelies (elvington near York) it really sums up the kind of control some people do have. Breath taking to see

I googled and watched - seeing is believing! In the comments, people say it's a 500hp Busa? I was pillion on a 1000RX when the rider, a mate of a mate, decided to go flat out - 150mph, which struck me at the time as being like when the Enterprise goes into warp speed. I never went pillion with him again.

Hee Hee...good man.
Yes  it was a turbo charged busa Matt. Yes absolutely staggering to watch. There’s been many imitators of him doing the Paris ring road thing but imvho non are quite as good (scary) to watch.
Myself and big bro know a bloke who used to do 180mph wheelies during the interval at the run what ya brung streetfighter meetings at Melbourne drag strip (again near York) to keep the crowd whipped up ready for round 2 to start...him and his mate used to both do them on turbo charged 1200 Suzuki bandits. loonies. Entertaining to watch tho 🤪🤘🤘

Yes indeedy, it certainly looks like one. However Matt clearly likes to live life in the edge Bill so don’t tell him and he’ll hopefully still go ahead with the 18mph wheelie attempt 😁😉🤘

Cheers, Michael! Errr, trophy? Don't tell me, that's also only in my dreams...

I'd love to know how that RE turbo runs  8)

A mate owned the GPZ750 turbo way back when, but he never did let me try it. My understanding is that it's like a progressive surge, rather than a kick, but perhaps it depends on set up?

Well a lad I know is/was good mates with Jack Frost (he held world speed wheelie record for a year back in the 90’s) and the lad I know said he’d ridden Jack Frost turbo’d R1. He said it was definitely NOT a progressive surge. Said it literally was like going into warp speed.... sadly I never had a ride on said R1 ..
