vacuuming the lawn.

Easter Monday.. taking it easy.. get up to move the car around ..while in the backyard I hear my wife calling me and find out 4 morons on their bicycles have smashed the sliding door window of my Delica van. looks like about $400 + damage
I just so love these guys. Went out looking for them on the bike but no luck. They also scored another car around the corner. The owners caught up with me while I was vacuuming the lawn.

It's not a new problem, but perhaps the way we view it has changed. In Medieval Britain it was accepted (on Holy Days) that the local youths would turn rowdy, smash windows, cause trouble, etc. It was seen as them letting off steam.

And who didn't smash a window or two when they were young teenagers?

p.s. Not trying to belittle your anger mate, I'd have been fuming if it happened to my van  ;)
