My 2000 TS185 ER can be handcranked, but I don't think I can spin it fast enough to start it.
Have you got a service Manual? Do you want one? There is a great TS 125/185 website forum, based in the USA. The info flows like liquid gold from a Kiwi in Christchurch. Just ask. Once you sign in you can download the service manual.
You can find it in the Gallery section.
http://suzukits.informe.com/portal.htmlWhy did you rebore it? If due to seizure, then the flywheel key may have distorted or sheared, changing the timing.
Did you put a new plug in? They eat spark plugs compared with 4T. This is the most probable cause.
Blocked main jet? Float in carby jammed?
Did the inlet reed valve get put in the right way up?
The problems these things have is the LH engine seal. It is prone to short life. Is yours dripping 2T from the stator? This could also allow the compression to leak. Never, Never, Never run these engines with premix. The left bearing on the crankshaft will not get any lube It is fed by the poziforce system and carries an oil flinging flange.
Check to see if the choke is working properly, e.g. not stuck "on" as the fingers on the fork can bend and the plunger sticks in the housing.
Magnificent little bike for around town.
