Dragon rally Feb 11th - 12th 2012 "Bunkhouse @ PETE'S EATS"

The dates for next years Dragon Rally have been confirmed as the 11th and 12th February so I have booked the bunkhouse at Pete's Eats for Friday 10th Feb as it has proved popular in previous years.

There are 8 bunks available and two twin rooms, albeit Liz and myself will take one of the twins.

The cost is £13 per person for a bunk and the twin room is £32

If you would like to reserve a place please let me know. I have had to pay up front so either payment in full or a deposit would be good.

Just a reminder to those of you who are interested in booking your place at Petes Eats the Friday before the Dragon Rally. Steve D will be extending the invite to the XT club in the next week or so but i wanted to give TC members first dibs.

Note -Tickets will be available for the Dragon Rally from 1st October @£20 each.

I have been in touch with Terry (BMW Dakar) and he has confirmed that he will take a bunk. Can you add him to the list. I am happy to pay for his accommodation if that's what you require.

Petes eats is nearly full, 1 place left albeit if GC doesn't confirm soon it will be 2.
We may be able to go over the 12 places slightly if needed.

Johno has contacted me (remember the odd Guzzi shaft drive sort of olive green from last year?), he has been on to the Dragon site and they are full! Does anyone have a spare ticket for him? I know it's a shot in the dark but if anyone knows of one I would appreciate it. Cheesr SteveD

The cost will increase slightly as we are unable to fully occupy all 12 places. I will let you what the final cost is in the next day or so.
