Woooo!! Lots of things going on today! I like it. Even better cos my gaffer's off and I can spend more time twatting around on t'interweb.

Right then:
Just seen a post by Gordon our newest racer and wondered SteveL, could you arrange a camping weekend around a race meeting?? We could cheer on the idiots (oops, sorry, I mean brave souls) and help them collect all the broken bits of their bikes before hitting the pub to talk of what might have been. Sounds like a laugh and it would be good to support thumper racing. Andy230, what do you reckon?? Anyone else got a view?? I think most of the racing is done in your neck of the woods isn't it??
Just a thought, I'll shut up now.
No, dont mate, keep rabbitting on! This is great! The Supermono's are brilliant bikes, really top class racers (just look at their sites... ulp!), beautiful prototype kit (Tigcraft minimonos), inventive engineering etc. The class would love the support.
Obviously the race meetings are not just singles (although generally they tend to be the longest races). 125s, 250s, Sound of thunder (singles twins triples- ooow! Nice noise!), 400 600 production classes etc. So for those who havent been, your 10/12 quid or so gate entry gets you a full days racing (10-30 till 5). I know its a bit of an undertaking, tracks by there nature are in the middle of nowhere, and generally there is travel involved. And it will quite possibly be wet. But bring raincoat, a flask, & your own sarnies and you wont spend a fortune at the burger vans. Also, the kettle is always boiling in the "Ambulance Hospitality Suite". Free tea and coffee to those over 70, on production of a valid membership card, when accompanied by both parents...
Race dates are not yet finalised. Tentatively, we start at brands hatch on the 14/15 April, but this is still provisional. They shift round due to motogp, bsb, wsb, etc dates. I will post as soon as the dates are finalised.
Guys, try to keep the interest up!

Camping at Cadwell would be nice for a weekend, and there are lovely roads round SteveL's neck of the woods (Snetterton).
Cheers for now!
