I spoke to Mortons today and they have said they can give us a pitch at next's April's Stafford show. We didn't get a slot this year, but they are putting some clubs outside near the GP paddock area. The idea is that the club members camp on an allotted area and show their bikes out front.
I can do the organising for this, but realistically it would be much better if someone who had more time and ability took it on. PM me if you're interested
