Father in law has diagnosed a cam chain for the clack in my black xbr.

If I am to get the repair done, do i need all three parts in this link? (scroll down)

As you may know- i don't like going inside engines and don't know what i am doing
If i get the parts father in law said he would do it- but he is v unreliable and that could take weeks/ months. It has good compression apparantly so is not the piston. It is not the tappets. I have various xbr engines in bits and may have all of those 3 parts already. Which bit is it likely to be?

1. Can anyone help me out with which part/ parts i need?
2. It is now finished and for sale. I will sell for £750 if you repair it. Other than this bike is good/ excellent

Cheers- John
