Cider meet, spring 09
« on: November 10, 2008, 11:48:13 PM »
I have been discussing arranging a camping weekend on a friend's farm in South Wales. He makes his own cider and is going to be running cider nights. The format is yet to be settled but the basic thing is, you come to his beautiful hilltop location, you pay a set amount, drink his cider, eat some good nosh and have a laugh.

The camping facilities are basic, but I'm sure we can sort out some temporary showers and a portaloo.

Some of you have been there before on the occasion of the headwetting of my third child. Here's a picture of our host:

Provisional date is late May

I'll keep you posted

Sounds good.  I still have about four gallons of my last brew left.  May bring some to Llanthony if it comes off for me.

You won't thank me for it.

Andys cider is very good....I'm not a cider drinker but I can manage a few pints.

It is VERY potent stuff though !
